TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dominion Nexus (the "Game") operated by Dominion Command ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain advantage is prohibited

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game includes virtual currency ("Gems") and virtual items that can be purchased with real money.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time
• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms
• Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google's respective refund processes

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Modify the Game client or servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames or chat messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or other accounts
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to support instead
• Use multiple accounts or coordinate with other accounts to gain unfair advantage

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game — including graphics, characters, text, music, and code — is owned by Dominion Command and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting content through in-game chat or other features, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, cheating, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit all virtual currency and items associated with your account.

8. DISCLAIMERS

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMINION COMMAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS OR CURRENCY.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-game notification or email.
